Carpal Tunnel Exercises


Based on the principal of improving the movement of peripheral nerves.
 

1.      To start a session place affected hand in warm water for four minutes, then in cold water for one minute.

2.      Maintain each illustrated position for seven seconds.

3.      Repeat step 2 five times.

4.      Repeat each session (steps 1-3) 3-5 times per day.

All exercises help mobilize the median nerve.

 

The last six exercises are also used to extend the tendon.
